My Girlfriend told me about some really good pens and so I bought them. This was the first drawing to test those pens. Hope you like it friends!
Well, as I have said, this was the first work I did to test out these new pens. I think it worked out pretty well. What do you think friends? This was also the first male nude I have ever drawn (so far the only one still). It is easier for me to make drawings of male nudes, I mean… this was the first one and only but it turned out really good for a first time, I guess. At least it was easier to make the male body than the female one. I’ve done some female nudes and it took me a lot of time to perfect the female body. I still have much to practice when it comes to the female nude body.
As I have said in previous posts about my works, and when it comes to nudes, I like to create an atmosphere around the nude model because I don’t like to give the impression that it is just a model, a body, an object. I like to insert the nude model into a magical scenario, something that might tell a story and the person who is viewing my work, might be drawn to the story and actually be part of it, see himself/herself in my work.
